SmartCheck has numerous advantageous features including condition monitoring and diagnosis of rolling bearings and machinery by a single device, direct system access preconfigured system, interfaces for connection to a control station or controller and reliable alarm system by means of automated alarm threshold adjustment. Furthermore, the device has integrated rolling bearing database containing data for FAG and INA bearing. The user can add further rolling bearings to the database at any time.
The user can use SmartCheck detect the following damage by apply the standard templates for monitoring.
• Unbalance
• Misalignment
• Looseness
• Rolling bearing damage
• Gear teeth damage
• Lubrication fault
SmartCheck device can be used to cover a wide range of applications; the SmartCheck can be configure to meet your own requirements using the integrated web application and SmartWeb software. Multiple SmartCheck devices can be combined in a network. Regardless of the number of devices, they can managed centrally on PC using the SmartUtility software.
